If you are driven to become a Human Resource assistant, basic requisites are a bachelor’s degree majoring on business and social sciences. Further training and several years of experience will further your capability to become a Human Resources manager. Classes that should be included in college are as follows: public administration, organizational structure, behavioral science, psychology, and computers. You should also get a basic understanding of compensation, recruitment, and training. A Human Resource manager’s training is never done. You will be required to go to seminars and certification classes on a standardized basis. Yearly compensations for human resources managers can range from $40,000 to $80,000.
